Friday, January 06, 2006. Well, I have finally accepted the fact that this journey is over. I have been back stateside for almost two weeks now! I decided to cut the European tour short in favor of a surprise Christmas visit. After all it had been over four years since I last attended this particular holiday. my twenty-fifth year has long since passed and my finances have been stretched well into the red! We have been full time RVers for 3 years and are having a great time. Meeting a lot of nice people that live all over the country. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. We had Christmas Eve dinner with travelers and friends at the camp ground in Valley Vista in Benson. Too much food again, so we gathered again for left overs on Christmas Day. Monday, July 20, 2015. The Blue Lagoon at Disneyland Paris. Both restaurants sit inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. No one in our group had a memorable meal. The presentation was lovely, but the food was both bland and mushy, and the waitstaff were both slow and indifferent. I really expected better from Disney.
